Halloween is upon us and for those who are locking themselves away from the spookiness, its quite a weekend for new releases.
Wanna-be rockers across the country will be dusting off their plastic and getting down and dirty with Rock Band 3.
Those craving the rich world of Albion (or those who want to marry / kill the entire population) are able to do so with Fable 3.
Wrestling fans will be wrestling with their controllers to be king of the ring with WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2011.
Finally those wishing to impress the judges can spend the weekend convincing Simon Cowell they have The X Factor.
So with all of that in mind. What are you going to be playing this weekend? We’d love to hear your thoughts on this weeks releases in the comments below. But please, no spoilers!

I’m probably going to set off to play mass effect 2 but that will probably change to playing my newly acquired gamecube.

@ Pie – What games have you got for the Gamecube and did you ever experience it the first time around or is it all new to you?
Myself, I’m very torn.
I’m lucky enough to play Rock Band 3 most of the weekend with friends as I have not got it yet. But on top of that I’ve got to find time to break out Fable 3 (through the post from rental company). Oh and if that’s not enough I’ve got a Killzone 3 beta to download as well.
You know what, my life could be a lot worse really!
May be playing a bit of Rockband 3, but I’ve got a gig to go to on Sunday so not really a big gaming weekend for me!
Ooh now then. Definitely going to show my face for Beers & Gears tonight. Rock Band 3 I suspect will be forming a good part of my weekend.
I really want to spend some more time with Super Meat Boy, and push further into Mass Effect 2.
So many games, so little time!
On the upside the clocks go back so we all get an extra hour’s gaming. Don’t go wasting it people :)
I’ll probably be playing Fable 3 (Just saw Matt online) and maybe another playthrough of Fallout: New Vegas if my mates didn’t pick up Rock Band 3 behind my back.
I’ve just picked up DJ Hero 2 and will also be playing through New Vegas. Great weekend!
Where’s the love for Red Dead: Undead Nightmare?
No mention on the podcast DLC release section, no mention here.
So far the single player campaign is good campy fun, and if you’ve got Liars and Cheats as well, it’s rather fun playing poker as a zombie with a meat cleaver in his head.
Dragon Age for me.. hack up those undead corpses!
In a similar position to Daren. I’ve got Mass Effect 2 sitting in the drive but all I want to play right now is more Super Meat Boy. It’s so addictive. Perfect platforming.
Having only just got into the whole music game thingy (just as it is dying according to some websites) I will be playing Beatles Rock Band and GH:WT. But I have also got Res Evil 5 Gold to play at some point with Move.
I think im all over Sam and Max DPH, however my wife has shown a flicker of interest in Heavy Rain so might re run that with her making the choices. She can’t do any worse that me
No gaming this weekend as I am running a marathon (42.2km in 3 hours 13) but I did order Rockband 3
I will be continuing my adventures in the Mojave wasteland. I’m about 15 hours in and it’s pretty good so far. The engine is definitely outdated though and I look forward to what Bethesda will be doing with Fallout 4, or hopefully The Older Scrolls V.
I played lots of Fable 3 and some undead action on RDR, and a little bit of Costume Quest seeing as it was Halloween.
