Nope, but you can listen to them on the podcast option at the top, why don't you just use iTunes though, it's free to use and download, and you don't need a iPod to listen to them either, I put em on my mobile and listen to it on that.

Whack this in your RSS thingummy. I use FeedDemon. If you'd rather you could paste it in your browser and search for the .mp3 url, but you'd be a weirdo.

Because it's not a page, it's a direct link to the MP3 file. Right mouse button click it and choose the 'save as' or 'save link as' or whatever it says.
They have 'special' computers for people who struggle with technology. Have you ever thought about getting a Mac?
