I prefer the new arrows though.

Shouldn't you have a test server for this?

The buttons and flags look a lot better.

Can you change the clumpy smilies while you're there?

Are you adding iphone support today? Are these cosmetic touches a cunning ploy to distract us from the awesome truth while you work your technomagic?

All joking aside, is it that much of an issue?

Resizing and uploading all smilies will require some resource allocation (Phizzy will have to do it).

Thanks for the feedback guys, appreciated.

Please try and be more specific with your issues, otherwise it sounds like you're just crying which helps no-one.

Platform? (PC,Mac, iPhone, etc.)

What browser are you using?

Screen resolution?

With regards to the font we are viewing these live on multiple devices and screen resolutions here. So far we can see no challenges with the current font size.

It is a smaller font size but this brings us in line with other popular Simple Press forum websites.

Many Thanks

Looking good, seems to run faster too, only issue was signing in, the font colour was white, so I couldn't see what I was typing.

WPtouch is fandabbydozy on my ipod, but it says you must be logged in to post, and doesn't offer me anywhere to login. There's no link to the forums on the homepage either, so the url (midlifegamer.net/forums) has to be entered manually.

D'oh! The forum width seems to be set at something higher than the ipod supports. In landscape or portrait it's cutting off the right-hand side of posts, and won't scroll over.

So near, and yet, so near.

Now it's resizing posts properly. Was that you, or have I crossed the age threshold for technological ineptitude?

Either way, all that's not working now is post reply.

It's refusing to resize the reply box, so in landscape I can't see further than the highlight-code button. I can see the post reply button, but it doesn't matter because I can't enter any text.

Are we running on BBcode exclusively now?

EDIT: Sorted it out. For some reason it changed my preference to bbcode in my forum preferences.

Either that or it set it to default.

Yeah I activated the choice of editors in your profile so that you can use the plain text editor in case you're having trouble when using a mobile browser. Apparently there are problems with the TinyMCE on phones. If anyone else is seeing the silly BBCode editor, please go to your profiles and set it to TinyMCE… Hopefully the forum software guys will be adding proper support for phones in soon so I can set it back.

Okay, sorry to anyone who experienced this bullshit, I've put the setting back to what it was, I did some tests and the site was ignoring my settings and using hard-coded constants. Hooray for good coding!
