I'm not going to say anything here in the first post, but it's clear we need a thread for this.

I haven't had my brain fried like this since LOST!

Let's discuss.

Yeah me, Ive finished it too and it was a very unexpected ending I must say.  I loved it though.  Im back in it now to try to clear up all the missed trophy's and see if I can gain another platinum in this one to add to my collection.  I reckon this is the best game of the 3 though by miles.  thumbs-upthumbs-upthumbs-up

Can we have all spoilers in spoiler tags please, don't want anyone whining that you guys have ruined the game for them. Again.

I labeled the whole thread, "(Spoileramma!!!!!)" and didn't put anything of note in the first post. Shouldn't that suffice?

I think I'm more partial to the second game. Of all the cities, Venice is still my favorite. And platforming in the Bassilica? That's tough to beat.

But Cesare Borgia is certainly the best bad guy of the series. He reminds me of a young Peter O' Tool.

I still need to go back on and clean up some stuff. I left myself some War Machines and Romulus temples to give me incentive to go back.

Can you leave the animus once they put you back in there?

And do you think that Desmund is the actual protagonist of this series or could it be like Inception where it's like a decendant of Desmond is in an Anumus playing Desmond playing Ezio.

Once you are dropped back into the world you can no longer exit the animus due to the events that transpired in the end game

What happened to the post editing feature?

I was going to add some tags to an older post but the edit button is gone.

Yeah you can leave the Animus afterwards,  you just have to play through the whole of the ending sequences and then you can go back to the game and finish off the missed stuff.  Thats what Im doing at the moment.  Plus if you missed any of the flags or feathers that were in the Tombs you can select them from the DNA and replay them that way.

Mr Todd, your thread heading informed me of an AssBro spoiler which I was all prepared for.  It didn't mention anything about an Inception spoiler which I have yet to see, downloaded it on PS3 yesterday and was going to watch it tonight!

BLOODY FORUM THREADS! angry

Don't worry, it's not the end of the world and nobody has died.  I'll get over it.  I'll just have to be more careful about what I read in the future.

Don't worry guernica2. I didn't spoil Inception for you. I was only talking about the movie in a rudemantory thematic way which is reviealed from the very begining of the movie. If anything, I may have thrown a red herring at you…..Or did I?

That's what I thought this one time but then Wayne shouted at me because he doesn't read thread titles. I think it was Wayne.

Theres a tomb of Romulus I just can't get to. It's in the ruins part of the city. Theres a couple of beams above it and a small ledge but the opening is furthur in so if you try and drop down you just end up in the water. Is this a parachute job(?) cause I haven't got that yet.

@ Snaj

You need to repair the viaducts waterway things first and that causes the water level to rise and then you can reach the opening.

Have you tried swimming to it?

I recall doing somethinglike that and it was no big deal.

Just completed this and got to say that the finish was fantastic and breathless. They've really managed to get a great balance between the open world and the corridor stuff and this was a great conclusion to Assassins Creed 2.

This subject 16 puzzles were a nightmare though, took me over an hour to get through sequence 7!

Anyone else here playing Legacy on Facebook, its pretty interesting stuff.
