With huge props to the main Guernica, I can announce I'll be attending. I've already arranged it with work, I've got the Friday off so I can drive up from sunny ol' Cornwall during the day, ready to have it large.
I second the T-shirt idea. If someone is connected with a textiles person speak up! We should all get syndicated, I'd be willing to pay for a "balls-deep" MLG "antman" T-shirt.

Made the request at work for the time off (Fri/Sat), now I've got to wait for the reply…. most probably be the end of August but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Got a couple of tickets for Saturday for myself and Scott. May be tempted by Friday as well but I'll have to see how other people's arrangements effect my movements!

I was going to bring my son who is 11 but wasn't sure whether he would be able to enter the 18+ area. I've read the Eurogamer FAQ's and it just says that he can't play the games which is fine because I don't want him to play them anyway. Can he still go in the 18+ area though?
Anyone know?
If it comes down to it I'll take hime when he gets older.

Jim's going to be mighty pissed if he can't even get into the 18+ area.

This is all it says on the FAQ section of the web shite
Are there any age restrictions for the Expo?
As a change from previous years, the 2010 Expo will allow kids of any age who are accompanied by an adult. It will be the responsibility of the adult to decide what the person under 15 plays. Be prepared to be ID checked before being issued a pass on the day and denied entry without the right proof of age. Sorry.
In addition there will be several 18+ rated games at the show and only visitors of 18 years or above will be able to play these titles.
Hope this helps

Antman's a great guy but his driving sucks arse, he nearly rear ended someone last week when we were out with him.
Eyes on the road Mr Ant not on the good ladies with the wiggles.
