Well the Internet has failed in answering my question, so I'll ask you guys.

I am going to Denmark for most of November, and want to know whether 3DS games I buy in Denmark will be useable on my UK bought 3DS. I know the handheld is region locked, by comparison to the regular DS, but games bought in Europe should come with A) an English setting and B) the ability to be played on any European bought 3DS console, no?

Thanks

I can be found:

107.5fm and via http://felixstoweradio.co.uk Thursdays 2pm-4pm and Mondays 6pm-8pm (GMT) for Buff Review Show, my radio entertainment review, news and banter show, packed with plenty of reviews, features and great music.

My blog: http://buffreviewshow.wordpress.com subscribe, leave comments, read my reviews, check out the news etc.

http://zero1gaming.com which is a gaming site I co-own and provide content for. We are still getting off the ground!

Did you check Nintendo's own site for the answer.

I don't think you have anything to worry about, the UK and Denmark are both European countries and so the games will work.

We went to Crete this summer and a mate bought some DS games that worked fine with a DS bought in Norway. Another mate went to London last year and bought games for his daughters DS, that worked fine aswell.

I think you can safely buy the games in Denmark, just dont expect to save ay moneywink
