Right.  After a long time away, and some recent PS3 Xcom action, I've finally retrieved an old Xbox from storage and got it wired up in the bedroom.  Primarily for Netflix, but it would be a crying shame not to have a few games for it…just in case! wink

After setting it up, I looked about the flat.  Some fool has gone and got rid of all my old xbox games, even my old Fallout 3 GOTY, just when I really fancied re-visiting the capital wastelands.

So which game should I get?

New Vegas or Witcher 2?

Thank you. kiss

Simply because you say you have history with the Fallouts, try the desert one, New Vegas.

I haven't installed The W2 yet, I hear its big on story, whilst New Vegas just lets you geek out on the plethora of tech.

Both are amazing games. It really depends on what you are looking for.

If its a huge open world, with tons of quests and an even bigger helping of little hidden gems id go for New Vegas.

If you want strong, versatile combat and a plot and lore with oodles of charm opt for the witcher 2.

I adore the Falllout universe and New Vegas is a great game, but more people need to play the Witcher 2, which is still possibly the best game I have played this year. The world and the characterization are superbly realised and it's a mature game in the best sense of the word.

I haven't spent a lot of time on New Vegas, but I'd highly recommend The Witcher 2.

Great plot & characters and the fact that it's one of the few RPGs I've actually finished speaks volumes for it!

If I know you like I think I do.. I'd say Witcher. I'm a fallout man myself but I think you'll get a lot more out of W2.

Loved (and platinumed New Vegas) so that gets my vote, loved the open nature and hardcore mode.
