I know quite a few of us bought 3DS XL's on the run up to christmas and nintendo are doing the free game (Mario Land, Prof Layton etc…) if you register before Jan 15th 2013.
It says the offer is open to anyone who has bought a 3DS XL since release but on logging into club Nintendo all the instructions to claim relate to someone who has yet to register the console. I registered mine on in September when I bought it.
How in the name of yeast infected fanny flaps do you claim the game if you have already registered!?!

Morning fella.
I got an email from Nintendo about a week after I registered my 3DS XL, with a code attached, however did have the instructions that I couldn't redeem until 1st Jan.

If it helps at all, I've just looked through my inbox, and the email came from newsletter@nintendo-europe.com and was entitled
"Darren5120 – for registering your Nintendo 3DS XL, here's your free download code!"
Just incase it went into spam
Obviously, replace the Darren5120 with your Nintendo username
