But without Dominik Diamond I dunno if it'll be as good, but TV needs a decent games show.

Should we start a campaign for the presenters we want now, or should we leave it to the shows producers to put some godawful z-list reality TV stars in?

I expect so, it'll probably be aimed at a more mainstream crowd.

Dara O'brien the fella's a proper midlife gamer,
I think we should adopt him as our honorary chairman / mascot.

Or Charlie Brooker, seeing as he was a writer for PC Format years ago, I'm sure he knows his games.

In the ideal world it woudld be presented by a Dominik Diamond or a Charlie Brooker, with guest appearances by gaming celebrities like Dara O'Brien (as opposed to getting celebrities in to play games who aren't normally gamers).
In the real world it will be presented by some children's TV presenter who is too cool to know what a game is (and who eats plasticine in his spare time) and feature guest appearances by celebrities playing games (like X-Factor contestants, footballers and so on). It will be squarely aimed at 14 year olds but will think they all play Mario on the Wii and DS and not "adult" games like CoD.
Think the Wii adverts with washed-up ex-footballers and you get the idea.
