I had this game, Fista! Probably still in the attic if I dug around enough.
That would be The Last Express, set on the Orient Express. It was a cell shaded kinda game.

Thanks G Man I've been looking thru Master System boxshot archives online for about half an hour! Typically it had a screenshot of this one rather than a shot of the box so I as still drawing a blank till you got it.
BTW it's Fantasy Zone II (not sure how pedantic the rules are).
