HI , GUYS DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START , SO HERE GOES , GOT BF3 ON THE PC HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER UNTIL NOW, ILL EXPLAIN AS BEST I CAN .

Sorry Caps on ooopps . As bf3 is new game we know it will patch and update quite often due to the normal type of stuff and as you know with the pc version everything is done on-line , my ORIGIN account also had an update of some sort before it updated i ticked the box as you can so origin remembers you so you don't have to keep manually inputting user name and password all was fine until my origin updated now ive lost my password and I cannot find it on my pc anywhere.

This is the really annoying part i have had tried password reset from EA received Email telling me to reset password which i have tried no joy all it says is contact customer support , which again is fine if there was a number to ring it would be fine but there isn't. All i need to do is get my freekin password from EA/ORIGIN its so simple but you cannot believe how difficult a challenge this is turning out to be.

Im all out of ideas now on what to do next , Is it the case that if i set up a new account  a completely new origin account i will lose all my bf3 stats and hard work and effort that went in to getting them? (Unless this is not the case im too scared too do it for fear of losing all my stats).

One thing is for sure I LOVE BF3 but this is really pissing me off and also EA support is absolutley rubbish.

ps . I know i should have made a note of my password for origin , i will next time if i ever can get my account open again. if any more info is required  please ask ,

Thanks for looking and hopefully some  help would be more than grateful . Jason

Have you tried EA support chat (available via the website?)

I've found it to be excellent. Bit arseh getting them to establish that I was indeed the owner of the account but you would like to see that anyway.

Good luck smile
