You need the ad-hoc party app on your PS3, and your PS3 has to be wired so that the built in wireless can be used as a pretend ad-hoc connection, which is what the game wants.

Mr Roo is correct. You need to hardwire your PS3 them run the Ad-Hoc party software on the PS3 to be able to connect.

Nope, one way only. Hard wire your PS3 then connect the PSP wirelessly.
You think that's hard work? You wait until you want to swicth back to wireless. I hope they've updated the firmware because the last time I did it I had to re-enter all of my wireless network details. I couldn't believe it!

Yep. Why can't it just store the decryption key as well. My iPhone does. It's just a little niggle and was surprised when I had to do it. I had to get up off the sofa and go and find the code!

I've used some PC software before to emulate PSP ad-hoc gameplay over the internets. I don't remember what it was called or how it worked though.
