Hope you enjoy it dude! I'm having a blast so far. Did my first instance last night and spaceship mission this morning.
I'm on Peragus Mining Facility server, but as I've said before, happy to roll an alt on another server too

I've rolled a character on Kellian Jarro. Nightmare Lands was full with a >15 minute wait so I gave it a miss.
Only up to Lvl 6 after a short play session but should be on tonight for a decent while.

Switched server again as Knightmare Lands has had a 40min wait twice when I have tried to log on. Will go back to my Sith Inq on that server when things settle down.
Now got a BH on Eye of Ashlanae server (as it had the lightest load). Gotta say it's a really fun class with a great storyline so far.

I'm on 'The red eclipse' as it was one of the first English PVE servers, it's always bloody showing full now though!

So how is everyone getting on? Im in Boa Dur (think it's called) server as a level 11 jedi knight. I am very new to mmo's. Played a couple of hours of WOW starter edition and played a good few hours on DC universe on PS3 but I must say this has done a better job of introducing and easing me into the mechanics of the genre. Iv'e even done a couple of flashpoints. Maybe it's the star wars universe whihc I love anyway but I just cant get enough of this at the moment and can't believe the depth of content and amount of stuff to do. I definitely want to make a few more characters on different servers and see their differing stories. Definitely also thinking about groups and guilds in the near future too, something I would never have dreamed of doing, being scared of this type of game. Is this exitement I'm feeling what it was like for original WOW players?

OK so it seems we have managed to do a great job of getting ourselves totally separated – the server queues and staggered start hasn't helped. I've switched around a few servers and settled on Hidden Beks, the reason being there is a group of old time gaming friends of mine there who have formed a guild. They are all mature seasoned mmo players, and have their own website and Teamspeak server
I have spoken with the recruiting officers and they are happy to take newcomers, all you have to do is sign up on their forum here

and then send a PM to either 'Runoff', 'Meache' or 'Envy' in game
Obviously this means starting a new character, but it I suspect this game is going to be with us for years, so a few days lost levelling time won't hurt
Hidden Beks admittedly is a high population server but I am sure things will settle down soon – what I do is log on as soon as I can and stay there all night – type /dnd (do not disturb) which seems to prevent you being kicked when you are idle
I wont spam about this any more, feel free to play your own game  however I think this would be a good way of keeping us together. A few of us here played lotro and it was great whilst it lasted imho, it would be nice to carry that on and perhaps get a regular group going rather than just playing through as single player

groups and guilds are where mmo's shine, although having said that SWTOR makes a pretty fine job of a single player game! 8 times over if you include all the classes

Yeah definitely thinking of playing through the different classes – the voice acting and production values are great compared to other the MMO's I've played.
Really need to get to grips with it more before joining groups and guilds, my general gameplay speed is quite slow, though really enjoyed teaming up with others for flashpoints.
