I too would like to recommend this thumbs-up, actually got hold of a Wii just for this game.

Loving the music too…

Incidentally, I found out that if you join Nintendo Club using the rub off code in the game box and register the game, click on 'treasures' in your account area and you can download the game soundtrack as mp3s absolutely FRRREEEEEEE!!!!

I've not played for a little while due to Deus Ex coming out a week after but just gone through the caverns and trying to level up enough to defeat the two robots before jumping off the cliff to return to Colony 9.

Really like the game – harks back to the best of the PS2 RPGs, massive world and no surprise battles, you see everything and can choose if you want to battle.

I just registered my game in club nintendo. They should make freebies a standard feature! The free sound track is a nice touch, I read about all the work put into the audio alone on Iwata asks in the Nintendo website. Real good read.

The game has very high standard of polish, it's a pleasure to play. A truly epic experience, which the Wii should have more of.

The landscapes look incredible… games like this and MH really show what the Wii is capable of,  if they would just stop piling out the 'Mini game shovel ware shit' it could have a resurrection with the price its retailing at now!

Thought id post a quick update to let you all in on my progress this week.Ive just reached lvl 35 and the story is still progressing just nice.Im having to revisit some quests id missed to help me gain the EXP im needing…also the game actively encourages exploration as finding new and hidden locations reward you with loads of EXP.The locations are still blowing me away as is the music. My thoughts on this game after 2 weeks is that it will take an incredible game to beat this for my goty and id say this would make it into my top ten games ever…ye its really that good.

Just put another 6 hrs in today..I know I've said this a few times but it really does get better and better..think I'm going to leave Skyrim and Skyward sword alone now until I finally finish this game..
