Hey..just wanted to say i really enjoyed it last Friday night and il be on this Friday aswell…does everyone have the dlc maps has ive yet to invest in them but if everyone has il get the season pass this week.

Id deffo recommend the dlc mate, not only is it awesome but no one wants to be "That Guy" who dosnt have it!(*cough,MantisMatt, cough*) I might be wrong but am I right in saying you dont need the DLC for private matches aslong as the host has them??

Naa, you need the DLC even for Private Games.
The only time when its not needed is if the Host has all the DLC, this will then apply to anyone without it is over LAN.

Thanks Todd and Dek for much horde fun, must get more practice in so can at least look like I'm doing my share, I think Dek was always getting more kills than Todd and I combined  . How long did it take you to get to level 98 Dek ? I was aiming for maybe level 20 by the time i stop playing  .
Oh and whats the best way to kill armoured Kantus ?

Yeah, loving the Gears I mainly play horde and I think im up to 1900 waves won woooo. I also have 400+ hours on gears 3…I may have a problem.
Best way imo is too hit the bugger in the face while its doing its resurecting (orange glow) you can force them todo this with explosives
Also loving the poker chillout at the end even tho i end up giving GoddTodd all my chips

Hi, I am NEW to the forum & just wanted to start by saying ”(Hi)”. I came across your group for "Gears & Beers" on accident, thats great to see more people on the idea!!
Our group has been running "Geers & Beers" night every Friday for the past year since the new site (www.GearZandBeers.com) was finished "Gearz & Beers" for fun. We have started a few rules that are growing & have been fun so far… RULES so far & if you have any ideas or would like an invite its open to anyone, You dont have to be good & any brew will do.

Agreed, Gears holding a drink is the most fun you can have, without being forced to cuddle afterwards. The rules just made it more social, most the time it adds an attraction that gets you laughing & talking.
