Looks like I'll be stuck on HR50 until my team catches up.  I couldn't tell you how many times I've fought Alatreon with randoms.  It's not even funny.  There's always a weak link.  Three of us are normally pretty good but there's always one who keeps fainting no matter how hard I try to keep them alive.  I've completely exhausted my supply of lifepowders.

Still, I'm still having great fun with the game.  Still new armours and weapons to be had and I can't believe how much fun gunning can be.

It's just a shame that I'm no longer earning HR!!!

Hi all, well had my first sleep bombing runs on ala last night. I entered an ala city and there were 3german hunters in there. So I get ready and pull out my ice axe only to be told only sleep wep normally I would leave but I thought why not, loaded up on bombs and set off, both horns and wings broken and it took just under 30mins not fast but effective. We all used sleep sns and put himm asleep loads. Before that I was a bit against sleep bombing but I gotta say if done right its good, and doesnt feel too cheat. I only. Done 2 runs but managed to forge the ala sns nice.

Hey Derek, of course it's not dead, but only the brave and the true remain!  I've just not been able to get on here for a while.  I've opted out of all things that might be classed as 'social' or 'networking' for a few weeks.  Just to take stock.  MH still nicely ticking along in the background though.  I don't know where everbody was Wednesday.  It was fun helping that dude out though!!!

I had an awesome run on Ala recently.  Yep, it was one of those rooms where you have to use a certain weapon.  I had been told on the Capcom Unity forums to not rely on sleep bombing as a way of getting passed Ala, but to go full offensive gunning with Cluster ammo.  The dude in the room said all cluster.  We all tooled up and away we went.

Eight minutes later, Ala was dead!!  I couldn't believe it.  The dude said that it was a pretty poor time!!!!

That Deviljho is a bit of a bitch though.  I want that armour!!!!

wow wayne thats good i know it can be done in under 2mins but 8mins is great , quickest ive done it in was 20mins 40 secs, no sleep bombing just raw power kill, and 26 mins sleep bomobing with sns. Sleep bombing in my eyes is a very effective way of killing it.

Well in my news this week I have hit hr100 and fulfilled my ambition of defeating super ala / megatreon albeit on hr100 not before hitting hr100. so im happy, that was 30mins 2 para 2 hammer, no sky piercers, and i have finally helped my neighbour through his urgent ala quest! so it aint so bad,

Hi very sorry to gerkin and disco ! I saw u were on but I headed straight on to a megatreon city ( sorry had to make the most of the event quest while i could), got another 2 skypeircers, again para and hammer runs, that seems to be a good way to go. Upgraded my Ala long sword ( Purple sharpness kicks ass) and forged the Ala head peice for the armour. Even if the event quest is still on I can get on tonight. Howd it go last night for u guys?
