Hi there me old pixel munching chaps
I'm buying a Wii tomorrow and gonna get monster hunter-tri
I have no experience with wii online or finding friends. Just wondering if there are many community members here that wanna swap….Is it friend codes? i dunno.

Hi Moogle,
There's a separate Capcom code when you go online with the game. It's a six digit affair so it's not too hard to remember.
Check out the multiplayer section of the forum. It's all in there somewhere, or was that the thread that disappeared???

I have finally done the 1* quests online, but can't progress any further. I am now HR7 and haven't seen any urgent quests appear. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to level a bit more for the 2* quests?

From what I rem u have to complete the key quests in order to get the urgent, have u got ur urgent yet?

All done and 28 now 
The urgent quests seem to show after 10 levels. So 9, 19, 29, and I am assuming tens from then. Big thanks do patwin and disco for all the awesome help!

Didn't realise people still played tri, let us know if u need a hand , I don't play much due to having mhfu but still love tri online, just drop a post here if u need a hand, I normally get on in the evening about 8ish.

I am surprised at how busy Tri still is! I am always up for Monster Hunter. I am currently playing MHFU, Tri, and Portable 3rd HD.
I'd love to get some MHFU in at some point.

cool, i play as killasaw in both, however i havent got mhfu online yet and havent got very far in the offline side, just up to the high rank village cat quests, i have had a very quick look at setting it up with xlink kai but it seems overly complicated. well give us s ashout if u need a hand may see u online, cheers

I have just started the 3* village quests. MHFU is hard!
I use Ad-Hoc party for online. I will look into kai, but my PC is 100% wired!

If u have a ps3 I wouldn't bother with the hassel of xlink, I found tri harder than mhfu, the only thing thats hard about mhfu is the utter crap controls, I might dust off the Wii tomorrow night if u fancy a killing spree?
