Hello everyone!!! (ok it isn't quite "Hello Wembley" but it's a start…)
I'm Jon and my first review for MLG of No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise has just made it to the front page (appropriate virtual beverages and confectionery for everyone!) and I'm just here to introduce myself and my brand and what I do.
I go by Jon, though my branding/brand name is Buff Review Show. I've been a gamer/film enthusiast/music lover/avid reader, and so forth, since an early age, and have always had strong opinions on what I like/dislike and what works/doesn't work/needs to be eradicated from memory… *cough Indy 4 *cough*
About 16 months ago (Feb 2010) I became a radio presenter for a local radio station, and since then have grown into a multi-media multi-hosted reviewer for entertainment as a whole. I review a mixture of games, films, music and books on my show, and I work as a freelance games reviewer for a number of other sites, as well as my own blog, which is kind of my hub/HQ/secret underground lair etc.
So yes, feel free to check me out and do some background snooping on me. I'll be over there setting up free drinks and a plate of biscuits for anyone who's about.

Argh, so many responses!? Wasn't expecting that.
Erm, short pithy replies!
- Bar Mitzvahs, Funerals and I do a mean shadow puppet theatre routine!
- 3DS, Wii, Xbox360, iPod Touch, PSP, PS2, Gamecube, GBA, PS1, Sega Master System 2… erm… I think that's it! My flatmate has a PS3 so I kind of have all of the current gen's consoles. I'm mainly a DS/3DS, it's probably my biggest back-catalogue of games I own other than Gamecube/PS2.
- Regular bleach works just as well as mind bleach.
- Oooh, a fellow Suffolker (kind of). I'm from Ipswich, and travel to Felixstowe for radio shows (I'm there tomorrow), I do enjoy Aspalls Suffolk Cider, but my fave cider overall is Koppaberg Swedish cider (mainly pear), but I'd suck the alcohol out of a can of Mr Sheen if I physically had to so you're talking to the wrong guy =P Of late I've been on Pokemon Black and Dragon Quest VI on my 3DS (played a broad selection of 3DS games but only own Ghost Recon for it), and in the past couple of months I've played through Brink, NMH:HP (obviously), also dabbling with some Black Ops (against my better judgement) and Lego Pirates across varying platforms. Holding out on getting L.A. Noire for a bit, but I only just got a 360 back in my life.
Right, I think that's everyone satisfied. It's my radio show tomorrow, so anyone who fancies a shout-out and a song played for them need only drop me a message here or inbox me!
Got to go, Kiefer Sutherland is waiting for me and his acting is going cold.

Ooh, just so anyone who reads this knows, I also take requests for retro-reviews. So if you're not sure on getting a game and you want an opinion, I'm happy to play it, or go and buy it then play it, and get a review up on my blog/on here/on my radio show for you to read/listen to etc.
Hope everyone is having a good day, I'm just prepping for my radio show today, amongst varying films and music I have my Lego Pirates review to read out! =D

And it's ALL about sofa-based bromance. Now I am re-hooked up to a 360 I hope to get back into it again a bit more!

If you can remove all trace of nuts (not allergic, just particular) from the Ferrero Rocher then you have a deal! And I think "minor local celebrity" is more my limit, I get free drinks around town, accept song requests in the street for my radio show etc., nothing too grandiose! =D
