Hi all,
Long time podcast listener and first time forum poster. I thought it was about time I joined up to see what the fuss is all about. So onto a brief intro about my gaming history. I've been gaming since the 80's starting with the good old speccy and have owned several consoles (and still do own) from each generation to the present.
I'm currently rocking with the 360, 3ds (can't wait for Resident Evil: Revelations) and have just upgraded my PC so I'm finding I'm spending alot of time balls deep into swtor. I have a pretty decent pile of shame thanks for the recent January sales, so could also do with a hand getting through some of that.
Anyway, I hope to catch some of you online sometime.

You'll find a strong community following for SWTOR here at midlifegamer.net, sure you'll have fun being a member of 'Imperial Leather'! (V Jealous tho as do not currently own anything good enough to run the game…)

Good question Brother Brown, I think my beverage of choice at this point in time has to be a nice steaming cup of coffee. As to the kind of coffee, I'm not fussy. My favourite biscuit has to be the Cadbury Finger, I don't think it's possible to eat too many of them bad boys.
I have added my GT to my profile but for those who don't want to click it's "King ELL" on LIVE and "EllRocko" on Steam.
I might have to try and get an invite to Imperial Leather, I'm struggling to find people to do the Heroics and such with. If you're thinking about upgrading your PC to play SWTOR then do it, I pushed the boat out and bought a Radeon HD 6770 (apparently the chip in the next xbox….apparently) specifically for this game and it does a very good with everything set to high for a £60 card. Do it. Upgrade. you know you want to!

Definatly lots of folks here playing SWTOR, personally I can't justify the cost currently so just dusted off DDO and LOTR accounts.
Pile of shame mainly from steam by any chance .

Actually my pile of shame is 360 based thanks to some heavily cut prices in Game over the Christmas period. Can you believe I picked up L.A. Noir for just under a fiver and Dark Souls Limited Edition for £17? Granted they were both used but I would have been crazy to pass them up. I just have to find the time to play them and the rest now but with SWTOR hanging around, thats no easy feat.
Nothing as exotic as that unfortunately, the name EllRocko was bestowed upon me from some band mates. One of them was Portuguese if that counts?
Yeah I might have to come up with a corker of a question to catch Matt out, I can't believe he got 5 the jammy beggar haha
