I'm Lady Xanax, aka Carrie, I'm 40 yrs old so I class as MIDLIFE 
I used to be a hard core MORP gamer, playing UO, then WOW then LOTRO, developing mainly healer characters. I haven't played in a few years, for various reasons, but am missing it terribly… (get your violins out!)
I want to start playing a role playing game again soon, any suggestions?

Hi, Everquest never appealed to me, an Ex of mine used to play it, I used to watch… never interested me

welcome to midlife gamer here is couple of questions
apart from being a MORP player do you play any other of the main genres?
are you just a pc gamer ?
what sauce do you have on a sausage sandwich brown or red ?
what is you biscuit and beverage of choice ?
if you are looking for a good morp try aion when i played that it was very enjoyable but the best person to ask all about morp games would be are resident rpg/morp player oligon as i have kicked the habit of all things mmo

Oh UO how I miss thee  Sorry cant help you with any suggestions I've never found a replacement for that particular cruel mistress.
Anyhow we're all about the questions here so;
If you were to make yourself the most delicious sausage sandwich EVER would you;
Lovingly drizzle it with Red sauce? Brown Sauce? Or would you leave it as god intended, naked as the day it was born?

I've heard so many good things about UO I wish I'd played it, I guess I'll just settle for living vicariously through others.
Also, a warm welcome, while I'm at it this seems like a great oppertunity to ask a question and resolve a debate revolving in our house at the moment, Pepsi Max or Coke Zero?

Well if you have serious time… go Eve… less serious time WOW…. hardly any time go City of Heroes… no time stay safe with Dragon Age… (only Origins though IMHO). Either way.. .welcome!

Welcome to MLG lady X, I know zero about MMOs and the like, but if you roll a PS3 you could a lot worse than Fallout 3 (ah Uncle Fista?).
@ Bro Brown, I see you've played Bulletstorm on PS3. I'm currently on the last level on the campaign and loving it. Once PSN is working again fancy trying the Anarchy mode?

Welcome to the forum, Love MMO's on PC myself, but I'm a tight arse doley scum, so I only really go for the free to play ones, still playing Guild Wars and all it's expansions after all these years, and currently getting into Champions Online and Lord of the Rings Online, try giving them a go, all are free to play, and Champions and LOTR's are both free to download and play.
