Greetings all,

I've been listening to the podcast for months and the two boys have got me totally hooked. Finally decided to get involved with some likeminded gamers for a bit of online fun (of the gaming variety). I've had pretty much every computer or console under the sun (including the Atari Lynx, anyone remember that bad boy?).

I roll PS3, after my xbox RROD, don't get to play as much as I would like (due mainly to misses and little 'un) and occasionally delve into the dark side of online. I play a variety of games and onlinewise currently have Fifa11, AC Brotherhood, Black Ops (even looking to finish Army of Two the 40th day if anyone is interested).

I know there are certain rules to follow here so I'll do my best to comply! Favourite beverage is a nice cup of tea, biscuit of choice is chocolate chip cookie. All about the red sauce with me bacon buttie.

P.S. Apologies for the dodgy PSN name = LETHAL_Gman

Ooh I nearly forgot….Welcome to MLG awesome  I'll bung you out a friend request later smile

The lynx was a beast of a machine and california games was the best game on it. I ordered it from a home shopping catalogue, played it to death during a half term, then sent it back! Happy days.

Welcome aboard the good ship MLG GMan!

A fine body of gamers sailing the high seas of gaming and weathering many a storm….

Know what you mean about gaming inbetween loving a good woman and keeping the kids entertained (NOT at the same time obviously!).

Oh, Army of Two: Two? Ah, now then…I was thinking of picking up a copy to play split screen on the 360 (me no PS3). How do you rate it? I'm looking for a slipt screen game that has got some decent co-op mechanics…and it sounds like Army of Two ticks that box.

Would you recommend it?

It takes a while to get used to the controls, they're not as slick as in something like gears of war, and the action can get a bit repetitive but the rage system does add a true element of co-op play. Overall, it's worth a go if you can pick it up for around £15 squids.

I'm really enjoying it. The shooting mechanics are not as strong as uncharted 2, but the storyline, rpg elements and sci fi setting are awesome. It's a real time sinker. If you liked fallout 3, you'll like this.

Hi and welcome to Mlg LETHAL.  I have Army of Two and pretty much played it to death when I got it and am only about 4 trophys off the Platinum for it but alas nobody seems to play it online these days and you can sit around in lobby's for quite a while before you get any action. So dont think I'll ever get that one done.  But the story is good anyway, good fun.   smile
