Hey, 

My name (guess what) is Tom. Live in the UK on the South Coast. I am 33, so depending on when I die, getting close to Mid-Life gaming. 

 

I just found the podcast on iTunes and am starting from episode 1 and trying to get through them, So far finding them very funny, if not a little reminder of some games I always thought I should buy.

 

I play mostly on the 360 but have a Wii (boxed and unused, it was a present) and a PS3. PS3 is mostly for Blu-Ray. However my wife loves Ratchet and Clanks and Drakes, so when she gets hooked, I don't see any game time. (Then Football Manager eats up my time)

Love FM as a game, but not a football fan. I know it's an irony.

 

Play COD, GoW, but just replaying Monkey Island and loving it.

Welcome TomTom… nice to have you on board!

I know what you mean about Football Manager… hours can fade away selecting your team and tweaking your tactics and, for some reason my 1, 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1 formation does't seem to work!

Obligatory question now… biscuit and beverage of choice?

Welcome to the forums, I'd reccomend those Back to the Future games if you liked Monkey Island, they were great fun. I wish they'd do an update of Day of the Tentacle or The Dig though.

Sorry I have not been around a while, I have been busy, and addicted. Will try to get more time through the boards. 

But to the real questions, Biscuit I would have to have choco liebnitz (the one you get in a xmas box that is biscuit with over hanging chocolate) and drink, well a good cup of tea is nice. For a beer it's Hogs Back Brewery T.E.A. So I would say TEA (either or)

I have a Steam account but don't have it tied to anything. I got it for HL2 and CSconfusedource but never remember the password, so never use it.

(Very sorry for such a late reply, but been a little busy of late).

 

I see you started at episode 1 of the podcast….how far are you along now? Or have you given up?!

 

Strange that you say you love Football Manager, but are not a football fan, I can't stick football either, but there is no better feeling than sticking one in the back of the onion bag from the halfway line in a game of Fifa. Not many other games can get one jumping off ones sofa and skidding across the living room floor and doing the robot dance in front of your mate.

 

See you for some Gears and Beers in the near future?
