Probably been covered before, but inspired by Oli's video in the Monster Hunter thread and a trusty iPhone in my hand I thought I'd shoot some video of my gaming setup at home.

Oh, and yes I spotted the Davina DVD on the shelf. Theres a reason its in the garage. Even the wife doesnt use it anymore… smile

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

My setup is basic but what the hell, only just got back into gaming a few months ago. House is also empty because just moved in and have sod all stuff, but i quite like it that way. Anyhow, slim PS3 under the tv, and some old player i keep for region 2 dvds. My collection of games (all three of them) is hidden behind that basket of books. Red Dead, Uncharted2 and Fifa. Was going to sell red dead but my wife insists it's too good a game, so next on the list is a headset and MAG or arkham asylum on the cheap. Maybe one of these too…http://www.sumolounge.com/sumo……php?re=na

I'll make a video later! I once made a video tour of my whole house, it was about fourteen minutes long.

Wow Oli, you've got a true 'Gamers Den' to be proud of there.

King's Field, Babylon 5, Depeche Mode, I could carry on… exquisite taste all round!

While there's definitely a striking resemblance, I can confirm that I'm much younger looking…. Awesome

Oli,

Thats awesome. So much to be envious of, although I agree the t-shirt is especially awesome. It nearly looks like it was planned Wink

Very cool collection Oli. Liking those PS1 games, those old cases used to last about two weeks in my house before they got stood on and splintered into a hundred pieces. Bit of luc besson, was that one night in paris dvd? Got that myself after i saw exciter tour in manchester years ago. Boxed competition pro, iPad, mac-mini. Very cool.

Ohh, I like seeing other set ups.

I have a wall in the spare bedroom I can call my own so, my hobbies being games and pooters, fast cars and Arsenal FC all get a show in my man den.

I have also not tidied it up. The first image is from a while back when I had the arcade 360 and the blurry iphone pic is from today where the Elite has replaced the dead arcade (got traded :-) )

gaming setup

All being well, if my overtime comes in this month Im going to add a fourth screen to the right of the existing units.

My dad and sister sat at the back are engaged in 24/7 WOW gold farming… I had to send them on a course to train how to send in game PM's in poor english offering dubious gold transactions.

You can pick up arcade cabinets for peanuts if you shop around, old retro Jamma boards are cheap too, but if your looking to buy new arcade games, your looking at thousands.

You're not alone mate. My beloved 'Man Room' is set to become a nursery in six months time.

I can leave the dart board up over the cot right? What could possibly go wrong?
