Here's a video of my custom Tron Fightstick (sorry about the heavy breathing, I think I had a cold that day). The case is an X-Arcade stick with HAPP controllers and LED buttons. I did the overlay in Illustrator and covered it in plexiglass. Oh, and I added a spinner nob so I could get my Tempest on.

At the moment the '47 inch Vizio is home for the PC and Wii.
Recently, the good wife bought me a gaming cabinet for the PS3 so that I could get my game on while she watches TV.

Nice. But where's the spinner knob?
How are you supposed to get your Tempest on?

the spinner is in a box in the garage, i replaced it with two buttons for using the trackball as a mouse, i have never played a game with a spinner, will use it if i build a machine for someone who will!
I have been slowly building the big one for ages, i think my wife will cite it in the divorce proceedings eventually! it's the third machine i have built and i have named it Death Star! (it was rather unfinished but fully operational for ages!)
I recently built the little one after Adamski and xeroxeroxero asked me about writing a blog about building arcade machines, the machine is almost finished (with step by step photos of each stage) i have not been as productive with the blog, i wrote some stuff but i need to get it finished! i was planning to put together a 'build your own guide'
they are really good fun, i would recommend diy building one, i'll help if i can, or you can buy one of these off me, or i'll custom build you one. everyone should build/own one
