They're a bunch of fucking morons. If they want a new T.V then get a job and buy one. The cities are being overrun by chavs..  Looting shops like Mc Donalds, Argos and Currys speaks volumes for the mentality of the idiots committing the crimes.

This is not the way to hold a protest. This is just dickheads.

Well, speaking as a total outsider but comming from a place where similar shit happens from time to time, here's the basic formula.

Factor 1.

Cops shoot or beat a poor person, usualy black, but your milage may vary on the race card from country to country.

Factor 2.

Said shooting or beating is caught on tape.

Factor 3.

Cops get off or get reduced charges.

Factor 4.

Civel legal assemblies happen; victom's Familly & Elderly Activists express thier pain and outrage but preach peace.

Factor 5.

Anarchist agitators travel in from outside of town and stir the crowd up with the intention of boiling over civil unrest into violence twards the capitolists and goverment.

Factor 6.

A LOT of young kids with no moral compase, who are poor, and feel entitled to expensive free stuff declare the city to be a free shopping holiday.

Factor 7. Often there is an ineffectual politition or government that either could have prevented a lot of factors or over reacts once the shit hits the fan

End result: Lots of banks and shoe stores, jewelry stores, and electronic stores get broken into, burned, and/or vandilized. The anarchists usually sneak away once chaos has ensued and the poor youth either get away scott free with loot or are later identified by cameras that are posted in every shop and street corner.

Lastly, the cops do thier time and start new lives in some other city and the original victim remains dead.

You can add or remove a couple factors to suit your scenario but does that just about sum things up?

There was a tweet earlier on (I forget who by), but it said "Only in the UK would people be rioting about being poor, whilst wearing their £100 trainers, and organising it on their £300 phones"

Oh, yeah, and this is the sort of fuckwits that we're talking about- This guy posted this image on his twitter account

I was somewhat disapointed when there was a head line on he BBC that said it was the "Working classes".

I don't think for a moment it's the working class….it's the NON working class.

Obvioulsy thats a very broad brush and I dont mean to offend.

I think all the emergency services are doing a sterling job. My thoughts go out to those small business that have lost everything they have worked so hard for.

I though it was interesting to read that some local communities have been out in force taking a non violent stand in an attempt to protect their properties. One can only hope that it doesnt spark any race fuelled trouble.

I'm just glad I don't live in the center of Wolverhampton any more.

Wow! This is something I haven't seen before when this has happened where I live.

The shot of hundreds of volunteers cleaning up the streets is rather heartening.

Can I just mention that you're better off with a wooden bat… metal are hollow wood ain't so yeah 'Morning wood all the way'

My old home town Feltham located in middlesex was on high alert last night so was ashford in surrey and yet again 3 more men died. But the police can now do as they please they now have full control and cameron said he will not be using human rights to anything that happens to the rioters…. apparently
